Neveah Honeycutt feels okay about coming to Central Middle. When asked what she was nervous about, she said, “Being late for school and getting detentions. I think middle school will be fun and amazing!” What do you think will be tough? “Probably passing all my classes. I’m looking forward to having a locker.”

Micheal Jones feels good about coming to Central. “I’m nervous about all the classes and being here on time. I think it will be fun and interesting.” What does he think will be tough? “Middle school starts earlier, so being here on time and passing all my classes. I am looking forward to the responsibility I’ll have–to pass all classes and all that.”

Marissa Villalobos is “kind of scared, but at the same time excited!” What are you nervous about? “Making new friends. But I think it will be kind of fun, I guess. Getting to the right classes will be tough.” What are you looking forward to in middle school? “I want to get good grades!”

Vivian Villanueva is excited to come to Central Middle. When asked what she was nervous about, she said, “Being late. I think middle school will be hard and tough.” When asked what she was looking forward to, “I’m looking forward to participating in sports!”

Angel Oncolla feels all right about coming to middle school. “I’m nervous about getting bullied. I think it will be hard.”

Emily Cruz is “nervous about coming to Central Middle–making new friends and trying to fit in with all the other kids. I think it will be fun, though. It will be tough getting to classes when we only have about two minutes (NOTE: students have four minutes to get to class).” What are you looking forward to? “Making new friends!”

Troy Daberry said he feels good about coming to Central Middle, but is really nervous. “I think middle school will be fun, but science will be tough. I looking forward to playing sports, though.”

Edgar Camilla states, “I’m nervous about coming to middle school. I talk a lot, so I worry about getting in trouble.” When asked what he thought it would be like, he said, “I think it will be pretty cool! I can’t wait to join the soccer team!” What will be tough? “The homework.”
